Omumsie Refund Policy

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

  • If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/ defect.
  • Please email us within 2 days of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
  • We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
  • Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

Products should be packed in the same packaging as it was received in with original receipt and a document that states the following

  • Address of dispatch
  • Name & Address of the customer
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details.

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund here.

Cancellation Policy

  • We only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order being received.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled if they are already in transit.
  • In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, please write to us at info@omumsie.comwith your order details, please note that you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines
  • No cash refunds are permitted.

 

Out Of Stock Items
